
DIRK ELWERT
Dirk Elwert studied theater studies at the University of Cologne. He then trained as an actor at the Zurich School of Dance and Theater and the New Munich Drama School. In 1992, he became a ballet dramaturge at the Nuremberg Municipal Theaters.
In 1996, he founded TANZWERK as a forum for contemporary dance at the Nuremberg theaters and became its administrative director. From 1999 to 2001 he moved to the Tanztheater Basel as manager. 2001|02 Dirk Elwert was manager of the dance company at the Oldenburg State Theater.
2002-2016 he was project manager for The.Lab Art & Media in Berlin and ‚cult!ur partner Leipzig‘ and organized tours of international dance companies.
He worked as a production manager for the festivals „Internationale Ballett Tage Oldenburg“, „Würzburg tanzt!“ and the Heidelberg Dance Biennale. From 2019 to 2021 he was manager of the dance company at Theater Bern.
He then became deputy ballet director at Theater Chemnitz, from where he moved to Graz Opera as ballet director for the 2023-2024 season.
REGINA LISSOWSKA-POSTAREMCZAK
Regina Lissowska-Postaremczak is a dance critic, choreographer, researcher and dance film curator. She completed a master’s degree in choreography and dance theory at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and a master’s degree in theater studies at the
Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where she also completed her doctorate and deals with choreographic strategies and cognitive aspects of dance. She currently teaches at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice and at the University of Physical Education in Poznań. Since 2014 she is curator of MOVES, the international competition and dance film program at the Short Waves Festival in Poznań, Poland.
Since 2018, she has also curated Kino Tańca (Dance Cinema) – monthly dance film screenings in Warsaw. As a guest curator, lecturer or jury member, she works internationally with numerous institutions and festivals dedicated to the presentation of dance and dance films.


UTE BAUMHACKL
Ute Baumhackl is a journalist.
In 2005 she moved from the daily newspaper ‚Die Presse‘ in Vienna as an editor at the Austrian daily newspaper ‚Kleine Zeitung‘.
Since 2013 she has been head of the culture, TV & media department of the ‚Kleine Zeitung‘.
